On the evening of February 3,the General Office of the Municipal Government officially issued the"Notice on Several Policies and Measures to Support the Stable Operation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Response to the Pneumonia Epidemic Caused by the Novel Coronavirus",focusing on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to maintain their operations and develop steadily.Time is difficult.The"Notice"includes four major 18 policies,including stabilizing the workforce,reducing the burden on enterprises,increasing financial support,and improving policy implementation.
　　Qingdao is the first sub-provincial city in China to issue a response to the epidemic to support small and medium-sized enterprises to resume production,maintain operations,and stabilize development.It is also the first city in Shandong Province to issue such policies.The detailed policy is as follows:

　　1.Stabilize the workforce
